All plants and trees have a spirit, and we can work with these spirits for personal healing. 

In my plant spirit healing sessions, I work with one plant spirit for healing and insight. In this remote healing session, you will let me know what in area of your life you would like to work on. Then, I will go on a shamanic journey with one of the plant spirits, who will perform the healing. You won't need to do anything. I will write up this spiritual adventure for you, and send it to you, along with a list of ways you can continue to work with this plant spirit on your own.  

Some of the plants that might show up:  

• Chamomile works to help promote peace of mind. It's a gently relaxing spirit that helps us to release tension and find freedom from worries. 
• Holly works with protection through boundaries. 
• Lavender helps us with self-love and self-care. 
• Maple works with transition and change. It also helps us to nourish ourselves. 
• Mint works with abundance, and releasing blocks to receive abundance. 
• Mugwort works to release blockages and promote flow in any area of your life. 
• Rose helps us with our relationships. 
• Snowdrop works to give us hope. She can heal our feelings of hopelessness and lift us up to expect brighter things. 
• Tulsi works with past lives and soul contracts (we can actually enlist the help of Tulsi to re-write and update soul contracts). 
• White Pine works with our ancestors and ancestral healing.
• Willow works with inner child healing.
